No. Best Branding has no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single branded item, a small run for your team or a large quantity for a campaign. The most you can order is the stock available, which is shown on each product page. Larger quantities bring the unit price down, and orders over 100 units qualify for bulk discounts.

Add the products you want to the quote cart on the website and click Request Your Quote, or send us your requirements by contact form, info@bestbranding.co.za, 082 557 0609 or WhatsApp. Tell us the product, quantity, colours, where the logo should go and when you need it. During business hours we aim to reply within 60 minutes.

Yes. Every quote comes with a free digital mock-up (virtual proof) that shows exactly how your logo will look on the product. Production only starts after you approve the proof.

Yes. Every product can be ordered unbranded (plain stock) or branded with your logo. When you request a quote from the cart you choose Branded or Unbranded.

Website prices are per unit and exclude VAT. Branding is priced per item for each branding position, plus a once-off setup fee per position, and both are itemised in your quote.

Yes. Best Branding will beat any written quote from another supplier for the same product and branding. Send us the competing quote with your request.

Yes. Most products can be branded in several positions, for example the front and back of a shirt or both sides of a bag. Each position is priced separately and shown in your quote.

Standard branded orders take 3 to 5 working days. The time starts once you have approved the artwork proof and the order is confirmed. Very large or custom-made orders can take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote.

Yes. 24-hour rush branding is available on selected items: place your order before 10am and your branded products are ready the next day. See the 24-hour branding range.

Yes. Best Branding delivers to businesses anywhere in South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha and Bloemfontein. Orders can be delivered to one address or split across several offices or event venues.

Courier delivery is quoted per order, because the cost depends on the size and weight of the order and the delivery address. You see the delivery cost in your quote before you confirm. Collection from our Durban office is free.

Yes, at no charge. Orders can be collected from our office at Suite 6, 321 Peter Mokaba Ridge, Musgrave, Durban 4001. Collection is by appointment during office hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday 09:00 to 13:00).

Best Branding offers all the main promotional branding methods, so each product is branded with the method that suits its material:

Embroidery is the most durable and professional choice for golf shirts, caps, jackets and workwear. Screen printing is the most cost-effective for larger runs of T-shirts in a few colours. Digital transfer suits full-colour or detailed logos and smaller quantities, and sublimation gives edge-to-edge, full-colour prints on polyester garments. We recommend the best method in your quote.

Stainless steel and metal drinkware is usually laser engraved for a permanent, premium finish. Ceramic, glass and plastic drinkware is screen printed, pad printed or digitally printed, and sublimation mugs take full-colour photo-quality prints.

Vector artwork gives the sharpest result: send your logo as an .AI, .EPS, .PDF or .CDR file. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest-resolution version you have and our team will advise whether it is suitable. Please include your brand colours (Pantone or CMYK) if you have them.

Yes. Samples are available at a charge. Ask for a sample when you request your quote and we will confirm the cost and availability.

Orders are paid by EFT (electronic funds transfer). Orders placed through the online checkout can also be paid by card.

Branded goods cannot be returned, because they are made with your logo. If an item is faulty or does not match the approved specification, let us know in writing within 5 days of receiving the order and we will replace it, refund it or issue a credit. See the full returns and refunds policy.
