- It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to a designated collection point in its original packaging, regardless of the reason for the returns. It may take up to a week to carefully check the stock that is returned and once we are satisfied that stock is fit for resale we will issue the refund or credit note.
- All requests for returns or credit must be initiated in writing by the Client. No items may be returned or exchanged unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from Best Branding. Any goods returned at the Client’s request may be returned by courier which expense will be paid for by the Client. Returns of non-faulty items may incur handling- or administration fees of 25% (twenty-five per centum) of the total value of the order.
- Best Branding may replace any goods which were sold by Best Branding directly to the Client and which goods are not in accordance with specifications, or alternatively (provided that the goods have not been damaged in any way whatsoever subsequent to it being dispatched or delivered to the Client, as the case may be), at Best Branding’s option, Best Branding shall be entitled to take the goods back, refunding the Client with the purchase price paid or by way of credit in favour of the Client.
- Any returns or replacements for incorrect goods, not limited to incorrect branding, should be initiated in writing by the Client, in no more than Five (5) days from receiving the order.
- Any complaint received after the Five(5) day mark will be investigated, but we cannot guarantee a resolve.
- Branded goods and memory sticks may not, regardless of fault, be returned.
- Best Branding is unable to provide a refund if the amount is less than R50.00 (fifty Rand). Any refund less than R50.00 (fifty Rand) will be credited to the client’s account and set off against the Client’s next order (not applicable to online order purchases).
- Best Branding is unable to refund international clients unless the original amount was paid into Best Branding’s FNB bank account. Amounts paid into any of Best Branding’s other bank accounts shall be credited to the Client’s account to be allocated to future orders.
- Refunds shall be processed within 30 (thirty) days from acceptance of the return by Best Branding.
- Online Orders (purchases made through “Add To Cart”): The provision of goods and services by Best Branding is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Best Branding will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee.
- Best Branding cannot be held liable for branding done by a third party after buying unbranded products from us. Our warehouses have established the best branding options and practices per product based on the machines and processes owned by Best Branding. If branding is done with a third party brander, all warranties and money back guarantees fall away.

- All orders need to be paid for within 10 working days of invoice and if not paid within this time, will be cancelled with the relevant cancellation fees.
- Branding will not commence until full payment has been received for COD clients. Any orders not paid for within 10 working days will be deemed to have been cancelled, products will be put back to stock and a 25% handling charge will be levied where the invoice value is R5000 or more.
- In the case of cancelled orders where layouts have been done, a layout fee of R250 excluding VAT per layout will be levied, irrespective of whether we are able to meet your deadline or not, unless the branding deadline has been indicated to your Account Manager upon placement of order.
- For customers who are on account, no cancellation of orders will be accepted once final approval of artwork has been received.
- Orders for clients on payment terms may not be cancelled after sitting on our shelves for 10 working days.
- Collected/delivered stock may not be returned, unless approved in writing by Management within 48 hours of collection, subject to a 25% handling and admin fee.
- Once stock of an item that is on special or discontinued has been collected no returns will be accepted, unless said stock is faulty.
- Cancellation fees need to be paid before further orders will be processed.
- Once stock has been collected/delivered from/by Best Branding, Best Branding has no control over it. As such Best Branding does not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not reported within 24 hours.
- Whilst every effort has been made to fulfil all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an external branding company, we ask that you check all items received BEFORE they get branded.
- Best Branding cannot accept returns on incorrect items which have already been branded regardless of whether it’s Best Branding ‘s fault or not.
- In the case of stock being sent by courier to regions outside of clients have 72 hours from time of collection by courier, to report missing or damaged items. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
- Once an order for memory sticks has been collected from us, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it.
- We do not accept returns on discontinued and clearance items.
- There will no returns on Sanitzers and Face Masks
